Subsequent to the recent private placement towards a UK group, and to the conclusion on the Spark Technology transaction, we no longer consider ourselves under the information restriction policies imposed on Spark by Nasdaq regulations. We thus commence our investor update program as previously done, but with the new addition of open posting of information updates here on the Acceleum website and on social media platforms we interact with.
The updates will regard topics related to Acceleum financial and regulatory items, our Appleslice platform development, our gaming ventures, our AI platform(s), and other verticals of interest to the investors and followers of the company. To assist in the process, we have onboarded a media/information specialist and have assigned dedicated personnel to handle investor relations.
We have since the last update renewed our online website and profile, raised additional funding, moved into new offices at Business House in Roskilde, and aim to be more visible in the market over the forthcoming weeks and months.
