May and June were intense months for the Acceleum team. Primarily, we went through another major reverse-merger negotiation after the Spark Technology closing, however, the process led us to aim for a straightforward listing of Acceleum instead of another reverse. The work with that is already started alongside our product launch, and we will report on the progression of this after the summer, when the company has more users and revenues.
Secondly, we have selected and implemented new payment partners, and have finalized our own product suite v2.0. Last but not least, we completed the final stretch leading up to our first product release: The operational rollout of our payments and medical records/journals system in Uganda with COR IT.
We also continue to engange with a number of incoming requests for collaborations and partnerships — both on the technical side and in relation to alternative business opportunities. Some of these are deemed off-core, while others have shown to be highly relevant, and will be disclosed once their respective processes are concluded. So – despite trying to enjoy our summer breaks, we are online most of the time with work and new opportunities.
