Erik Gravgaard
Chairman of the Board, Erik is a lawyer and owner/CEO of the Delta Adv. lawfirm, having been active in venture and startups for decades, and on boards of listed companies, with special focus on IT technology. Erik has extensive experience in contracts work and international law, and has previously been running DayTrade Center, an investor hub trading office for specialist investors and fund management.
Marketing and communications specialist, and CEO of R Story Communications, Rikke will in addition to her board position be an active part of the team to create and publish targeted market information. She is also strong on business development, ESG reporting and green transition, and with her ten-year career in television and content creation, she will also be heading our marketing and SoMe/studio efforts.
Blockchain enthusiast, lecturer, speaker and internationally recognized cybersecurity expert, Wong was the original developer of our blockchain backbone originating from 2013 with years of updates and additions. Wong is currently head of cybersecurity in ATEA and only has a board position in Acceleum board to oversee the continued caretaking of his technology and maintaining the high standard of our security solutions.
Executive team
With close to 30 years of experience in finance and more than 12 years in blockchain technology, Henrik has core focus on facilitating rapid expansion whilst maintaining positive cash flow, and a keen interest in non-organic growth primarily through M&A activities. Henrik will be a key part of the active operations on a high level, developing and overseeing all core business areas and being central in negotiations and launches of new partners and new markets.

Experience
Coming from operational roles in investment ventures and blockchain-based asset management companies, Henrik has with Acceleum taken on the role of CFO with a highly operationally active scope. Henrik has been a part of the team since before the launch in Denmark, and is involved in platform developments, SoMe content strategy, sales and marketing of the new platforms and services.
CEO of our development partner Metachain Technology Inc., playing a main role in the construction, upgrading and running of our platforms, to such an extent that an inhouse CTO would be of little use. Anas thus participates in revolving operations, strategy development with the board of directors, and activity in both the gaming and blockchain ventures the company runs.
Top investment manager, former stockbroker, Portfolio & Hedgefund manager and private fund analyst, famous for his results, his online content and his long history of managing top investors in Norway, and his hard-hitting newsletters on the state of the market and stock picking. Roger has more than 300 videos of content online, and will be the key investment manager for the new Acceleum platform, including social media performances and regular market updates.
As a former stockbroker back office boss and compliance officer, Dag has been an external team advisor since 2013 on tokenomics and live value guidance. Dag has accepted the challenge of joining Acceleum on a fulltime basis before launch, to cover investment reporting, tracking of token value and key compliance tasks.
Siena Bækgaard supports Acceleum’s communication efforts, focusing on stakeholder engagement through effective messaging and outreach strategies. Her background in digital communication enhances the company’s ability to connect with shareholders and promote its mission.

Andrew Kibedi serves as Acceleum’s local representative in Uganda, utilizing his extensive network to facilitate partnerships and enhance market presence. With years of experience in business development and community engagement, Andrew is adept at navigating the complexities of the Ugandan market. His insights into local regulations, cultural nuances, and economic conditions are invaluable as Acceleum expands its operations in the region. Andrew is dedicated to forging strong relationships with local stakeholders, including financial institutions and community organizations, to ensure the successful implementation of Acceleum’s initiatives and to drive financial inclusion for underserved populations.
Serial founder and blockchain specialist, Matt has worked with Anas Madi for close to a decade, and with the Acceleum team in various projects since 2017. He has launched a variety of blockchain projects, ranging from wallets to full token-based platforms. Matt has intricate knowledge of how the cryptocurrency market works, the main players and businesses, and has huge visions for the Acceleum platform.
